COVID-19 Travel Update -March 19,  2020

To our Dear and Trusted Travelers,

In these uncertain times, we want to take a moment to say THANK YOU. Thank you for trusting us with your precious vacation plans. Thank you for listening to our guidance and being prepared and smart travelers. And thank you for staying tuned with us during this very difficult time for those who love travel. Updates are coming daily, and the situation is ever changing to meet the current needs. Our team is always here to stay on top of the present challenges and guide you in every aspect of your travel.

Your safety, health, and well being is our top priority. We have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation, and following the lead of Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and government agencies to stay on top of this evolving situation. With that said, we understand the last few weeks have been challenging, and our commitment and support to your continue to be of utmost importance.

At this time, we would like to share the following information in order to keep you updated:

March 19, 2020 - The US States Department updated the travel advisory to Level 4 - Do Not Travel.

What does this mean for you?

Guests traveling between March 19-April 30, 2020. Most airlines, hotels and travel suppliers have made allowances for you to re-schedule or cancel your reservation without penalty.

Guest traveling May 1, 2020 and beyond: Our travel partners current priority is for guests traveling within the next few weeks.  We will need to continue to seek guidance from our respective travel partners regarding plans for guests traveling after May 1, 2020.  Information will be updated as soon as it is received so please check back often.

Can I re-schedule or cancel now?

Yes, you may re-schedule or cancel your reservation at this time.  Please note, for guests scheduled to travel AFTER May 1, 2020 standard cancellation penalties apply at this time.  Our travel partners are constantly updating their policies and each reservation is unique.  You will be immediately notified of any changes that impact your travel plans.

With the updated travel advisory can I cancel and receive a full refund?

We must follow the guidance of our travel partners. At this time, most are making policy exceptions for bookings scheduled to travel before and up to April 30, 2020.  I understand this is frustrating but we must wait for guidance before making a decision.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we navigate through these very challenging and unprecedented times.

All the best,

Erica
