Submission of this form indicates your interest in registering for the selected trip and constitutes acceptance of the applicable trip terms and conditions when confirmed through the required acknowledgment below. Complete one registration per room and use each traveler’s legal name exactly as shown on their passport.

Payment preferences

For a double-occupancy room, each traveler may use a separate credit card through separate secure payment links. Do not enter card numbers anywhere on this form.

Payment-plan information

After the $500 per-person deposit, double occupancy is 21 monthly payments of $300 per person from December 2026 through August 2028. Single occupancy is 20 monthly payments of $385 from December 2026 through July 2028, plus a final $400 payment in August 2028.

The separate milestone arrangement requires at least $2,500 paid per person by December 31, 2027, including the initial deposit. All remaining balances are due September 15, 2028.

Erica confirms and manages actual installments and any applicable fees through Square. Late bookings receive customized invoices. This website does not automatically charge installments or add a 4% surcharge. Zelle, Cash App, and checks are also accepted.

Schedules require confirmation by Cruz Diva. Pricing and availability are subject to change.

Included travel insurance

Travel insurance is included and remains subject to the insurer’s policy terms, conditions, benefits, and exclusions.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, vaccinations or health documentation, and other documents required for their itinerary. Cruzdiva.com can provide guidance where offered but does not guarantee visa approval or admission into any country.

Important: Non-Refundable Deposit Policy

I acknowledge and understand that the deposit required to register for this trip is non-refundable and non-transferable. By proceeding with my registration, I understand and agree that:

  1. My deposit secures my registration for the selected trip in accordance with the applicable booking terms.
  2. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable if I voluntarily cancel, change my mind, fail to travel, or decide not to participate.
  3. My registration is subject to availability, payment requirements, and written confirmation from Cruzdiva.com.
  4. I am responsible for paying the outstanding balance by the specified deadline.
  5. Additional cancellation charges, supplier penalties, amendment fees, or other costs may apply as disclosed in the applicable trip terms.
  6. I understand that the consequences of trip cancellation, postponement, or changes initiated by Cruzdiva.com or a travel supplier will be governed by the applicable booking terms and mandatory law.

Ghana trip requirements

  • This is a private, custom journey limited to a maximum of 20 guests.
  • The activity level is moderate; most tours involve a moderate amount of walking, often on uneven surfaces.
  • A valid passport is required and must remain valid for at least six months beyond the November 10, 2028 return date.
  • Proof of the required yellow fever vaccination must be presented for travel to Ghana.
  • A secure passport information form must be completed before departure.
  • Reservation details must be confirmed as accurate before travel documents are issued.
  • The $500 per-person deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Included airfare is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Final payment is due September 15, 2028.
  • Hotels, monthly payment amounts, pricing, and availability are subject to change.
Review the cancellation schedule
  • Through December 30, 2027: the greater of the $500 deposit or 25% of all payments received will be retained.
  • December 31, 2027–June 14, 2028: the greater of the $500 deposit or 50% of all payments received will be retained.
  • June 15–September 14, 2028: the greater of the $500 deposit or 75% of all payments received will be retained.
  • Beginning September 15, 2028: 100% of all payments received will be forfeited.

Ghana exception: The separate $150 per-person Agency cancellation fee in the general Cruzdiva.com LLC Terms and Conditions does not apply to this trip.
